With their brilliant colors and rich texture, Caran d'Ache Artist Soft Pastels are bound to please artists.
These round, unwrapped sticks have a soft, smooth, and uniform texture. Pastels are non-crumbling, and can be relied on for superior covering power. They have excellent lightfastness and adhesion to paper, and are ideal for a wide range of effects.
Sticks are made using a high proportion of pure, first class pigments blended with a minimum amount of binders. Beginners will appreciate that these pastels allow mistakes to be painted over, scraped, or erased with a kneaded eraser.
